What happens during your session:

• We’ll check in on your progress since your first consultation.

• We’ll talk about what’s working well, what challenges you’ve faced, and where adjustments may be needed.

• I’ll answer questions and offer continued guidance.

• If you chose the custom blend in your Healing Consultation, we’ll evaluate how it’s been working for you and make any necessary tweaks.

What you’ll receive:

• A refined or updated action plan to keep you moving forward.

• Adjustments to your herbal blend (if needed) for continued alignment with your healing goals.

• Renewed accountability and support to help you feel confident that you’re on the right path.
